This page lets Bermer Stores customers request deletion of their account and associated eligible data. It is provided by Bermer Software Pvt Ltd for the Bermer Stores app and customer web experience.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Enter the mobile number used for your Bermer Stores customer account.
  2. Request a one-time password and verify the OTP sent to that mobile number.
  3. After successful OTP login, this page automatically submits your account deletion request.

Data Deleted

  • Your account deletion request is queued for processing after OTP verification.
  • Eligible Bermer Stores customer profile, saved preference, session, and app-specific account data will be processed for deletion.
  • Delivery address, cart, review, support, and notification data connected only to your customer account may be removed where it is no longer needed for active orders or legal records.

Data Kept And Retention

  • The retention period for processing deletion requests is 30 days.
  • Records required for orders, payments, refunds, invoices, tax, fraud prevention, safety, security, support, dispute handling, and legal compliance may be retained as required.
  • A record of the deletion request may be kept for compliance and support auditing.
