This Return Policy explains when products ordered through Bermer Stores may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund review.

Return Eligibility

• Wrong, missing, damaged, spoiled, expired, or materially different items may be eligible after review.
• Sealed retail items may be eligible when the store accepts returns and the item is unused, unopened, complete, and returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
• Return requests should be raised as soon as possible after delivery, preferably on the same day for food, grocery, perishable, or time-sensitive items.

Items Usually Not Returnable

• Prepared food, fresh produce, grocery, seafood, meat, dairy, bakery, flowers, medicines, personal care, hygiene-sensitive, temperature-sensitive, customized, or made-to-order items unless they are wrong, missing, damaged, spoiled, expired, or otherwise eligible after review.
• Items that have been used, opened, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging, labels, accessories, or proof.
• Items refused or delayed for reasons unrelated to item condition, including incorrect address, unavailable customer, or change of mind after fulfilment.

Return Process

• Contact support with your order ID, item details, issue description, and photos or videos where applicable.
• Do not use, discard, or alter the item until the review is complete.
• If return pickup is approved, keep the item ready at the delivery address in the condition requested by support.
• After verification, we may approve a replacement, full refund, partial refund, store credit, or reject the request if the item is not eligible.
